How do I register for a class?
Create an account and reserve your class through our online schedule or the Achieve Client App. Advance registration is strongly encouraged, as space may not be available for walk-ins.

BYDC is located on the second floor at 928 5th Street NW. Please arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to check in, sign your waiver, remove your shoes, and settle into the studio.
Everyone must have their own BYDC account and a signed Waiver and Release Agreement before participating.

Welcome! Look for beginner-friendly or Level 1 classes, which introduce foundational postures, alignment, and breathwork at an accessible pace.
Our teachers offer adaptations and encourage students to practice according to their own experience and needs. You do not need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience to begin.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend bringing water and any personal items you may need.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from the studio at no charge. Blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, and other shared props are also provided.

Tell the teacher before class about anything that may affect your practice. Teachers may suggest adaptations, but you remain responsible for deciding whether and how to participate.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you are unsure whether yoga is suitable for you.

Washington, DC 20001The studio is near the corner of 5th and K Streets NW, approximately a seven-minute walk from Gallery Place and Mount Vernon Square Metro stations.
Metered and limited residential street parking are available nearby, so please allow extra time if you are driving.

BYDC has two practice spaces, two restrooms, a shower, a changing area, and a comfortable lounge. You’re welcome to enjoy complimentary tea, browse our books, or spend some quiet time in the space before or after class.

New students can begin with our two-week Intro Offer, which provides 14 days of unlimited access to explore different classes and teachers.
After that, BYDC offers 4x/month, 8x/month, and Unlimited memberships with 3- and 12-month terms, as well as a no-commitment monthly option, drop-ins, and a 10-Class Pack.

Membership terms are also governed by the BYDC Studio Membership Agreement provided at enrollment.
