Sicily : Heart Vision Quest with Gopi
Aug 28th-Sept 4th 2027
What happens when we slow down enough to hear what the heart has been trying to tell us?
At the heart of our retreat will be an exploration of the sacred heart—not simply the physical heart, but that deeper inner place where intuition, love, wisdom, longing and truth meet. Bhakti is the song of the heart - come join Gopi and her partner in this deep heart immersion. So much of life is lived from the head. We think, analyze, plan, achieve, worry, anticipate and try to control what comes next. But beneath all of that is another kind of knowing. The wisdom of the heart. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, mantra, contemplation, journaling and sacred ritual, we will create space to listen more deeply. What is calling you now? What are you ready to release? What wants to emerge? What would it mean to live more fully from the heart rather than simply from habit, fear or expectation? The retreat will offer practices and experiences designed to help you reconnect with your own inner compass—not to tell you who you should become, but to create the space where you can hear yourself more clearly
Skillfully sculpted yoga classes, breathwork, and meditation practices that awaken curiosity, and a journey of healing, a journey of love, connection, and growth. Daily workshops and interactive explorative exercises that will take one on a journey of self discovery. Chanting together in sacred sound, music and even dance as we flow to open the sacred heart center. The outer landscape provides the space, quiet and energy that will allow individuals to embark on the inner journey of life. So much of our life is outward facing, can we use the opportunity of beauty and Grace to awaken a great awareness of the self?
